Short introduction
This original 17th century canal house in the Canal District contains five floors and the whole house can be yours!
Covering 100m2, this fully furnished Canal House has 1 romantic bedrooms with original wooden ceilings and en-suite bath room. It contains a kitchen, living-room and and a very nice loft bathroom with jacuzzi and with great views!
Be aware that the stairs are small and steep!
It is a truly relaxing home to enjoy a marvellous stay in the heart of Amsterdam.

Rates

Daily rates:

• base rate 1-2 people € 175 per night (rate is exclusive 6% VAT and 5% toerist tax and will change per season/event/holiday)
• rate for extra person € 50 per night
• Children (12 years old or less, but over 3) € 25 per night.
  
• Infants (3 years or less) are free.
  
• € 60 final cleaning fee is applied to the booking.
• € 400 refundable security deposit is applied to the booking.

Neighbourhood and location
The apartment is close to the Herengracht and the Singel. The Singel encircled the city in the Middle Ages. The Herengracht (Gentleman's Canal or Lord's Canal) is the first of the three major canals in the city centre of Amsterdam. The house is close to the city's important sights, such as the Dam Square, Anne Frank House, red light District, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam Hermitage; all within walking distance! Some of Amsterdam's most popular restaurants are also within this range. The Central Station is within walking distance of only 800 meters!

Kitchen
The fully equipped design kitchen, dining area and a toilet are in the cellar. Next to a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen contains a hob stove with 4 gas cookers, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffeemaker. The dining area contains a dining table, 4 chairs and cupboard. The kitchen can be reached by a small steep staircase.

Living area
The living area is on the first floor. It has a comfortable cough, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and free WIFI Internet connection. The large windows, original 17th century elements and works of art create a lovely ambiance.

Master bedroom
Another small staircase will take you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds that can be connected to 1 large double-bed(2x90cmX200cm), flatscreen TV, bedside tables, lamps, plenty of storage space. The bathroom contains a large bath/shower combination, handbasin and toilet.

Second bedroom
The second bedroom has also 2 single beds that can be connected to 1 large double-bed(2x90cmX200cm), flatscreen TV, bedside tables, lamps, plenty of storage spaceand and is located on the third floor.

Whirlpool / relay room
on the beautiful loft (fifth floor) you will find a nice 2 persons whirlpool, a comfortable cough, hand basin and toilet. The views over Amsterdam are great!

This apartment also includes:
