Short introduction
This non-smoking apartment is build in the typical 'Amsterdam School' style and still have all original details such as rounded, organic facades, spires, sculptures and "ladder" windows (with horizontal bars reminiscent of ladder steps). The 'Amsterdam School' is a style of architecture that arose in the late part of the 19th Century in The Netherlands.
Covering 190m2 over 2 floors this apartment can host up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 single sleeper sofa's in the living room!
Situated on the ground floor there is a large living room with working fireplace and 2 single sleeper sofa's, a dining room with large oval table and 8 chairs, a separate kitchen and toilet.
On the first floor you will find the 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/shower combination and a second separate toilet.
It is a truly relaxing home to enjoy a marvellous stay in Amsterdam!

Rates

Daily rates:

• base rate 1-4 people € 295 per night (rate will change per season/event/holiday)
• rate for extra person € 50 per night

• € 70 final cleaning fee is applied to the booking.
  
• € 400 refundable security deposit is applied to the booking.

• The apartment is nestled south of Leidseplein in the plush 19th century Museum quarter at the Apollolaan and close to exhibition centre the RAI.
